President of Bighorn Arts Collective and Executive Director of The Brinton Museum Kendra Heimbuck and Founding Member of Bighorn Arts Collective and Executive Director of the WYO Performing Arts and Education Center Erin Butler are inviting the Sheridan residents and visitors alike to the The Collective Arts Festival.

Beginning at 12:30 p.m. Saturday Aug. 9, in the Whitney Commons Park, The Collective Arts Festival will feature music and dance performances, art demos, literary and poetry readings, children’s arts activities, and artisan booths, as well as food trucks and a beer garden.

Previously known as “Celebrate the Arts,” the Collective Arts Festival, presented by the Bighorn Arts Collective, is entering its second year as a festival celebrating and showcasing performing, visual and literary arts created by talented individuals that make up the region’s arts community.

Through these meaningful collaborations with the community’s art entities and artists, the Bighorn Arts Collective is working to ensure that the arts thrive and remain an integral part of the regional community’s identity.
