Helping Sheridan shine: frontline workers get visitor training
Forty people attended a training opportunity that taught the value of locations, attractions, restaurants and more to help frontline Sheridan workers become informative and friendly to Sheridan visitors.
Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer Teresa Detimore said frontline employees, also known as frontline workers, are individuals who directly interact with customers or the public, delivering essential services and maintaining essential equipment. Critical in various sectors like retail, healthcare, and public service, these people are the face of organizations and businesses.
The free training was held June 23, at the Best Western Sheridan Center in partnership with the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce and Sheridan County Travel and Tourism.

These forty people will now be able to better answer questions regarding the Sheridan Region, finding fun and informative activities for visitors and residents alike.
The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce wished to thank the following people for taking the time to teach and present – Stacia Skretteberg, Shawn Parker and Daniel Bleak.
