The newly acquired building at 45 E. Loucks, adjacent to Wyoming Corporate Office’s existing space, hosts several local businesses. Registered Agents Inc. will maintain existing leases and occupy a currently vacant space. They plan to invest significantly in improving the office spaces, providing local businesses with a prime downtown location.
Leanne Moss, Wyoming Site Manager for Registered Agents Inc., said, “Our decision to purchase this building is driven by our need to accommodate our growing business and to strengthen our ties within the Sheridan community that we love being part of.” Moss emphasized the company’s commitment to local economic development and support for the small business environment. The company has supported community events like the Christmas Wish and Christmas Stroll in recent years.
The acquisition represents an investment in Sheridan and Wyoming, aiming to develop the area as a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation. Wyoming’s leading position in LLC creation and startup development highlights the promising outlook for Registered Agents Inc.’s expansion in Sheridan. They plan to reach 200 employees in Wyoming by 2025 to support future growth.
