The team started practice yesterday and for this week, players will have 2-a-days between now and Friday, and one practice on Saturday morning.
Sheridan lost a lot of big names due to graduation and some numbers as well.
Head Coach Jeff Mowry says there some experienced players that can fill some of those voids and others that will have to learn quickly.
That one starter from last year’s championship game is lineman Bridger Peldo.
He says during the off-season the one thing he’s seen from those that want to play this season, is a lot of eagerness.
Players can put the pads on for the first time on Thursday.
