Every bucket mattered for one Sheridan County High School girls basketball team in the first round of the state tournament.
Tongue River went bucket-for-bucket with Wyoming Indian and held on to win 72-70 to advance to the 2A semi-finals for the first time since they won the state championship in 2014.
Four Lady Eagles scored in double figures.
McKinlee Scammon led TR with 15, Chaney Reish contributed with 14, while Jazlyn Ryan and Autumn White had put in 11.
The biggest bucket arguably came from Madison Burnett who drained a half court shot ahead of the 3rd quarter buzzer, to put the Lady Eagles up by 8.
