Pat Trujillo

Pat Trujillo, 71, passed away Monday, August 3, 2020, at Johnson County Healthcare Center.   Pat was born on July 31, 1949, in Sheridan, Wyoming to Benjamin E. and Cora Marie Sanchez Trujillo. 

Pat served in the Air Force from 1968 to 1970.  He worked in the family concrete business for most of his life. 

Pat was an avid fisherman and loved to play Dartball.  He enjoyed spending time with his family. He especially loved fishing with his nephew Cooper.  Pat could always be seen at his nieces/nephews baseball, softball, basketball, bowling, and soccer games.  He truly enjoyed supporting them. 

Pat married Carol June One Bear in 1983, they later divorced. He then married Marilyn Potts in 1998, they later divorced. 

He is survived by his sister Mary (John) Dykes of Buffalo WY; three brothers, Ross (Debbie) Trujillo of Sparks, Nevada, Lawrence (Joyce) Trujillo of Cheyenne, WY and Chester Burton of Sheridan;  2 nieces; 2 nephews; 6 great-nieces; 3 great-nephews; 4 great-great nieces; 3 great-great nephews; 4 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 1 great-grandson; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. 

He was proceeded in death by his father Benjamin Trujillo; his mother Cora Marie (Sanchez); wife Carol June One Bear; brother-in-law John Dykes and numerous other relatives. 

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery, (Block 79, Lot 11), on Monday, August 10, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Sebastian officiating. 

 A reception will immediately follow at The Eagles, 850 N. Main, Sheridan, WY.
