Sandra Dyanne Malles
Sandra (Sandi) Dyanne Malles, 83, passed away January 31, 2026. Sandi moved to Sheridan with her family in 1975 to help start the United Pentecostal Church.
She deeply loved God, and her family. Her role as a wife and mother, and later grandmother and great-grandmother, took precedence over anything else in her life.
She was a Sunday School teacher and took the job very seriously. Praying and preparing every week.
Sandi cared for the Sheridan community and prayed for many people’s needs. She may have prayed for you. She will forever be remembered by her family and many friends as a prayer warrior and servant of the most high God.
She worked at IGA, Boyd’s and Central Middle School. Then she and her husband, James Malles, opened the first dollar store in Wyoming. Dollar Wise.
Sandi is preceded in death by her mother (Ann Marie Spitzer), sister (Dorothy Foster), daughter (Kristine Brown), granddaughter (Morgan Balmaceda), and husband (James Malles).
She is survived by her two daughters Kimberly (Ben) Medina and Kori Kosma. Grandchildren Ryan (Sarah) Jones, James Balmaceda, James Malles, Isaac, Reuben and Cassandra Medina, McKailyn Malles, and Dillon Mutch. Rest well dear one until we meet again.

Such a beautiful loving woman who truly loved Jesus and her neighbor. I remember so fondly our encounters and conversations when I would go into the Dollar Store. She always radiated such a light of love and kindness. Til we meet again…love to your family!

Sandy was the closest thing to an angel I will ever know. She was truly an example of who God expects us to be. Rest easy, my friend.
