Tamera Ann Reile

Tamera Ann (Tammy) Reile, 59, of Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2026, at the St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, Montana. Tammy was born on October 1, 1966, in Minot, North Dakota, where she attended rural grade school. She then moved to Devils Lake and Minnewaukan, North Dakota. She graduated from Minnewaukan High School in 1985. After graduation, Tammy spent two years in Boston, Massachusetts, working as a nanny.

From there, Tammy moved to Gillette, Wyoming, where she met and married Tim Eichelberger and a son, Tyson, was born. Later, she moved to Devils Lake, then on to Grand Forks, North Dakota. She attended Northwest Tech and received her master’s degree.

Tammy worked for Social Services in Grand Forks for many years before moving to Sheridan, Wyoming, where she worked for Social Services for several years until she was forced to retire due to health issues.

Tammy is survived by partner and companion of 15 years and fiance, Joe May; son, Tyson Eichelberger; father, Harley (Ruth) Reile; mother, Marlez (Carl) Gilbertson; brother, Troy (Sandra) Reile; stepbrother, Brent; stepsister, Erin; honorary son, Brock May (Robin); honorary daughter, Jennifer Leach (Aaron); honorary granddaughters, Madison, Liv and Beth, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 1:30 PM, Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the Rock Church, 1100 Big Horn Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801 with Pastor Tri Robinson.

 In lieu of flowers, memorials to honor Tammy can be made to Sheridan Dog and Cat Shelter, 84 E.
