Kevin Eugene Newman

Kevin Eugene Newman, age 62, passed away in Sheridan, Wyoming on November 11, 2024, at his home. He was born August 1, 1962, in Pueblo, Colorado to Howard Edgar Newman and Hazel (Saville) Newman.

Kevin attended high school at Rapid City Central.  He went to Western Dakota Technical College in Rapid City, S.D. and received his LPN license. He was proud to serve in the Army.

Kevin was loving, funny, and outgoing. His laugh was not only memorable but distinctive. Always making others laugh and smile. He loved making others happy. He enjoyed metal music, was a Vikings fan, and collected memorabilia and comic books. He also loved animals, but foremost loved his son Daniel very much.  He enjoyed watching Daniel play baseball and soccer.

Kevin is survived by his son Daniel Newman. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Services for Kevin will be at 11:30 A.M., on Friday, November 22, 2024, in the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, South Dakota, with Military Honors.  Online condolences may be made to www.sheridanfuneral.com.                                                                                        Arrangements are under the care of Sheridan Funeral Home.
