AP NewsThe Supreme Court has stopped the Biden administration from enforcing a requirement that employees at large businesses be vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing and wear a mask on the job. At the same time, the court is allowing the administration to proceed with a vaccine mandate for most health care workers in the U.S. The court’s orders Thursday during a spike in coronavirus cases was a mixed bag for the administration’s efforts to boost the vaccination rate. The court’s conservative majority concluded the administration overstepped its authority by seeking to impose the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s vaccine-or-test rule on U.S. businesses with at least 100 employees. More than 80 million people would have been affected.

So glad someone has some common sense! Thanks to Trump for placing three people on the court! joe has no clue on this matter, and it shows! He has more deaths on his watch than Trump had, and Trump gave him the “Vaccine” Stop the fear, and go about life, half the people are afraid to die, while the other half are afraid to live. The democrats were quick to blame Trump for a travel ban, but things like that are what true leaders do! Also Trumo was quick to talk about TREATMENT, while the only thing joe could talk about was getting the jab. Now joe is botching the production of TREATMENT, tests, and distribution………..Lord help us.

The mandate was clearly an overstep by the federal government because Covid had nothing to do with “workplace safety”. Since there is a vaccine now for anyone that wants it I think it’s time to take back the extra power we’ve given the various levels of governments these past two years. Covid is here to stay now so as individuals I hope folks remain vigilant but as a society it’s time to move on.

no easy answers Clarke…you are right…remain vigilant…best to adapt and move on but unfortunately many in society have dug in their heels…as viewed by the biased garbage on CNN…FOX and OAN (One America News)

Good! Unconstitutional garbage should be thrown in the trash, and just-us sotomayor should be impeached for lying to the American public. Health care workers should have been included, but Roberts failed again.
