Ron RichterA professional services agreement with CRE8 Incorporated for records management consulting services for the City of Sheridan will be an item of consideration for the City Council at their next business meeting. City Clerk Cecilia Good says the City does not currently have an established records management program and explains why a consultant is needed for the records management project.
Good explained what the project will entail and the consultants role in it.
The professional services agreement with CRE8 that the Council will be considering is in the amount of $58,080. The proposal comes in well under what the $75,000 that was budgeted for the project. If Council approves the contract, the project is expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete.
