Reallocation of Funds

A reallocation of General Purpose Excise Tax funds to 17 local organizations was approved by the Sheridan City Council at their meeting Monday night. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger says that the budget for the current fiscal year included a 25 percent cut for all of the organizations.

The allocation of funds in the amount of $35,125 was for the second quarter payment to the organizations. The same amount was reallocated to the organizations for the first quarter payment in October.
