COVID-19 Numbers as of 3 p.m. Dec. 15
The Wyoming Department of Health reports the state has 34,712 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 328 deaths in the state resulting from COVID-19.
Laramie County has had the most cases confirmed of any county in the state with 5,602 confirmed cases and 43 deaths, according to the WDH.
Sheridan County has a total of 1,969 lab confirmed positive cases, an increase of one case in the past 24 hours. The WHD is reporting a total of 93 active lab confirmed cases in the county, and 2,223 cases recovered. The WDH reports 381 probable cases in Sheridan County. Sheridan County has experienced 13 deaths related to the virus.
Johnson County has 293 confirmed cases. Increasing by zero in the last 24 hours. There are 31 active lab confirmed cases and 131 probable cases. The WHD reports Johnson County has 382 cases recovered and has experienced five deaths resulting from the coronavirus.

“reports the state has 34,712 confirmed cases” Why do you continue to lead your story this way. The implication is this is the active “HAS” cases, when most of these are recovered now. “Has” implies current and active. It seems like you are misleading in your reporting HAS HAD would be more descriptive and accurate.
