Buffalo Council Approves Buffalo Heights Preliminary Plat
During their last regular meeting, the Buffalo City Council considered the approval of the Buffalo Heights Preliminary Plat.
Councilman Wes Haskins and City Works Director Kevin Silbernagel discussed about the location of the proposed subdivision.
According to lawinsider.com, a Preliminary Plat is a neat and approximate drawing of a proposed subdivision showing the general layout of streets and alleys, lots, blocks and other elements of a subdivision, to furnish a basis for the approval or disapproval of the general layout of a subdivision.
The council voted to approve the Preliminary Plat.
