Malcolm Wallop Park may soon have a frisbee golf course

While discussing city issues on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, City Councilmember Shawn Day -the council member spearheading the project- told listeners the idea came from a Sheridan resident. 

According to Day, discussions have been had in the recent past revolving around the removal of the frisbee golf baskets from Emerson Park due to the interruption to those residents who utilize the walking path. The baskets will be reused for the course in MWP with placement of each addressing walkers in the park. 

Day estimates that much if not all of the cost to relocate the baskets can be covered through sponsorships.
