Havenga named as Interim Director as work on Inner Circle begins to wrap at the Fulmer

Michelle Havenga has been named the Interim Director of the Sheridan County Library System.

Havenga had retired from the Sheridan County Library System after 40 years and one month. She said the board of trustees and former system director Cameron Duff approached her to ask if she would come out of retirement for a period to fill the role as interim director until a more permanent director could be found. 

Havenga made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program to update residents on the work on the Inner Circle, which she said should wrap up soon. 

The Sheridan County Fulmer Library continues to undergo phase II of a series of projects to update some of the most used spaces within the library.
