First People’s Pow Wow

The First People’s Pow Wow was held on the lawn at the historic Sheridan Inn. It’s a place where differnt cultures meet and mingle. Dancers demonstrated The Crow Hop, The Duck and Dive, The Prairie Chicken Dance, Women’s Traditional, as well as Push dances and round dances that the public was invited to join in. The dancers age in range from Tiny Tots, Juniors, Teens, Adults and Golden Ages. Beautiful dancing and regalia!
