An amendment to a Cooperative Agreement between Sheridan County and the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) concerning the Bridge Over Tongue River project has been ratified by the county commission.

The bridge project is on County Road #110, also known as Monarch Road.

According to the County Public Works Department’s memorandum, Amendment No. 1 specifies the county concurs with the award of the project and will formalize the agreement with signatures to match the Federal funds needed to complete the project.

The project, according to the memo, shows a total projected cost of just over $3.46 million, with $3.1 million coming from the Federal government and just over $329,000 being contributed by Sheridan County.

The Four Failed commissioners have just been sued by the Republican Party; for their complete failure to follow the law and select a new commissioner to fill a vacancy. Right On! Commissioners who conspire to break the law, should be Fired. And commissioners who can’t read and follow the law are unworthy to serve.
