Troopers Split two Sunday will Play in Billings Tonight / SHS Football Postpone “Little Bronc” Football Camp

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers 30-13 and saw their 8 game winning streaked stopped Sunday after gaining a split of a double header with a club team from Seattle.

The Troops took the first game 10-4 to extend their winning streak both dropped the second game 8-0.

The games were scheduled late in the week last week and they have the possibility of adding to more this weekend as a team from Oregon has asked to play in Sheridan, Head coach Ben Phillips says some states aren’t allowing summer baseball so these teams are trying to find places to play.

And after a hot day on the field Phillips says they had a pretty good day yesterday.

Tonight the Troopers will play another quality double header on the road at the Billings Royals.

Following tonight’s games they will likely play two at home Saturday against a team from Portland, Oregon then two scheduled home games with Cody Sunday.

LITTLE BRONC FOOTBALL CAMP – The Sheridan Bronc “Little Bronc” football camp has been postponed, the camp was supposed to take place this week but with the pandemic so active Head coach Jeff Mowry says they will postpone and try to do the camp later in the summer or fall.
