Troopers Split With Cody will Host the Billings Scarlets Tonight

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers split their double header with the Cody Cubs Thursday the Troopers took the first game 5-4 the Cubs took the late game 4-3, the Troopers have a home double header tonight against the Billings Scarlets and Monday night with the Billings Royals and Troopers Head coach Ben Phillips says they played well for the most part last night and have big games coming up with the Billings teams.

Starting with Monday’s games with the Royals they will be one month away from the state tournament.

And finally today Phillips comments on the new artificial infield at Thorne-Rider and says it’s a great surface to play on and it already came into play when the heavy rain hit Tuesday night when Casper was here playing.

Tonight’s double header with the Scarlets will start at 5:00 and Monday they also start at 5:00 with the Royals.
