COVID-19 Numbers as of 3 p.m. April 16

The Wyoming Department of Health reports the state has 48,447 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 703 deaths in the state resulting from COVID-19.  

Laramie County has the highest confirmed active case count in the state with 59 confirmed active cases, according to the WDH. 

Sheridan County has a total of 2,457 lab confirmed positive cases since the counting of cases began, an increase of one case in the past 24 hours. The WHD is reporting a total of 12 active lab confirmed cases in the county, and 3,051 cases recovered. The WDH reports 642 probable cases in Sheridan County. Sheridan County has experienced 31 deaths related to the virus. 

Johnson County has 425 confirmed cases. Increasing by zero cases since the county last updated, according to the WDH. There is one active lab confirmed case and 291 probable cases. The WHD reports Johnson County has 704 cases recovered and has experienced 10 deaths resulting from the coronavirus. Find these and more statistics here.
