The Wyoming Department of Health reports the state has 44,911 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 624 deaths in the state resulting from COVID-19.

Laramie County has had the most cases confirmed of any county in the state with 6,864 confirmed cases and 93 deaths, according to the WDH.

Sheridan County has a total of 2,348 lab confirmed positive cases, an increase of zero cases in the past 24 hours. The WHD is reporting a total of 36 active lab confirmed cases in the county, and 2,845 cases recovered. The WDH reports 585 probable cases in Sheridan County. Sheridan County has experienced 22 deaths related to the virus.

Johnson County has 408 confirmed cases. Increasing by zero in the last 24 hours. There is one active lab confirmed case and 207 probable cases. The WHD reports Johnson County has 605 cases recovered and has experienced nine deaths resulting from the coronavirus.

Fluctuating numbers have occurred over the course of the last several days. According to WDH Public Information Officer Kim Deti, adjustments can happen for a few reasons, such as a person can be initially thought to be a resident of one county is later determined to be resident of a different county or a case listed  as a probable gets a lab-confirmed result so they move from one category to another.
