Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns announces 2021 Faith Build

Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns and the non-profit financial group, Thrivent, have once again partnered to inspire local churches and faith groups for the 2021 Faith Build.

Faith Builds give churches and faith groups an opportunity to live out the group’s ministry both financially and physically. Churches can donate funds throughout the 2021 year and Thrivent will match those financial contributions. Funds collected during the 2021 year will pay for a home being constructed in Sheridan.

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, HHEB Executive Director Christine Dieterich informed listeners about the challenge. 

Although a build date has yet to be set, Dieterich plans to have a smaller volunteer build crew begin within the next month. Dieterich hopes those volunteer group sizes will grow as COVID-19 vaccinations become more prevalent throughout the community.
