A Look Back in Time: December 21, 1920

Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Dec. 21, 1920.

Arvada now heads the farm bureau membership drive, with 29 paid-up members living in the Arvada district.

Today is agate day, with special prices on agate jewelry, at F. J. Bentley’s, 25 Alger street.

The Sheridan Variety Store has delicious fresh chocolate candy 50 cents a pound.

The Basket Grocery stores have received the largest and best bunch of Christmas trees that have ever come to Sheridan.

Mrs. Eva Roush and Marvin H. Graham, both well-known Sheridan people, were married in a quiet wedding at noon today at the Methodist parsonage.
