High Eagle Minor Subdivision

A resolution for a minor subdivision was addressed at the most recent Sheridan City Council study session. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

The Wood Group, on behalf of the property owner, John E. Rice and Sons, has submitted a final plat application to the City of Sheridan for unplatted land at 4101 and 4103 Yellowtail Drive. City Planner Kelly Schroeder.

Schroeder said the property is zoned Gateway District and is governed by the Wrench Ranch Master Plan Phase Two and that it is located within the Mixed-Use area of the master plan. She added that building setbacks, architectural standards, and landscaping requirements will all be addressed at the time of a building permit.

The resolution for the High Eagle Minor Subdivision will be considered by the City Council at their regular business meeting Tuesday, September 8.
