Chamber and Travel and Tourism offer Second Year of Free Frontline Employee Training
Frontline Employee Training is a free training workshop created through a partnership between the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce and Sheridan County Travel and Tourism.
Frontline employees, also known as frontline workers, are individuals who directly interact with customers or the public, delivering essential services and maintaining essential equipment. They are critical in various sectors like retail, healthcare, and public service. These workers are often seen as the face of organizations and businesses.
The second annual Frontline Employee Training event will be Tuesday, June 9, at the Ramada Plaza. According to the Chamber, two sessions will be offered this year. The morning session will run from 8 to 11:30 a.m., and the afternoon session will run from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
Geared towards hospitality, restaurant and retail employees, the workshop offers customer service training, tips on selling Sheridan, answers to common questions and how to exceed guest expectations.
The training is free to attend, however, the Chamber is asking for pre-registration, required by Thursday, June 4. Click here.
