Story House Minor Number One Subdivision

A resolution for the Story House Minor Number One Subdivision was an item of discussion at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council study session. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says the applicant, Story House Property Company, LLC, is proposing to divide 130.6 acres into two parcels.

Schroeder said the proposed subdivision is unplatted land located at 2300 Story House Lane.

The City Council will consider the resolution for the subdivision at their next regular business meeting Tuesday, September 7 at 5:30 pm. The meeting is behind held Tuesday because of the Labor Day holiday.
