Program on Economic Impact of Wyoming Airports
Tomorrow, August 26 at 9 a.m., at the Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, the Wyoming Aeronautics Commission will be presenting an updated study of the economic impact of Wyoming’s 34 public airports. They will also discuss the return on investment of the Capacity Purchase Agreement and the Air Service Enhancement Program. Sheridan currently participates in that Agreement.
Steve Maier, The Wyoming Department of Transportation’s Aeronautics Commissioner, explained what the meeting will be about.
Maier represents District 5, which consists of Sheridan county, as well Campbell, Crook, Johnson and Weston counties.
He added about what would be discussed at the meeting.
Anyone interested in air service in Sheridan and Sheridan County is welcome to attend the meeting.
