Jo Co Commission Awards CMAQ Contract for 2026

Johnson County Road & Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer brought the contract for the award of the county’s Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) project for 2026.

Pehringer detailed the project.

Pehringer said he is concerned about dry conditions this summer and the availability of water for the CMAQ project, hoping Mother Nature will help with the weather.
