JCSD1 Board Approves Classified ‘At-Will’ Staff Renewals for 2026-27

The Johnson County School Board considered approving the Classified “At-Will” Staff Renewals for the 2026-27 school year.

During their regular meeting this week, the board voted on the renewals with no discussion beforehand.

According to the board’s Agenda, Classified Staff are at-will employees who do not get an official contract but instead get an agreement or letter from the District saying they would like them to come back the next school year.
