Waste Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project

The City of Sheridan Waste Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project follows the priority capital improvements identified in the City’s 2023 Wastewater Master Plan, which recommends phased rehabilitation of existing treatment infrastructure to address asset deterioration, maintain permit compliance, and improve operational reliability.   

City Utilities Director Dan Roberts said the City recently solicited bids for the project.

Roberts said that overall, the project represents implementation of near-term, high-priority improvements identified in the 2023 Wastewater Master Plan and is a key step in maintaining long-term system performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective asset management. The City Council will consider the bid award at an upcoming business meeting.
