Sheridan Commission Recognizes Employee, Awards Scholarships
Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their last regular meeting, recognized one county employee for their years of service and also announced the recipients of this year’s Commissioners’ Scholarships.
Recognized for 15 years of service to the county was Airport Manager Robert Gill.
He will receive a Certificate of Appreciation and Chamber Bucks.
Commission Chair Christi Haswell announced those chosen to be awarded with the Commissioners’ Scholarships.
The County Commissioners offer three $1,000 scholarships, $500 per semester, open to all Sheridan County high school graduates for use at the University of Wyoming or any Wyoming Community College.
