Buffalo Council to Amend Budget, Make Appointments

The Buffalo City Council, at their scheduled Tuesday meeting, will consider Resolution No. 1470, which will amend their annual appropriation bill for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

Also scheduled on the agenda is a request from Tiffany Songer with Buffalo High School for a street closure downtown on October 2 for a homecoming event.

The council will discuss the annual contract with the St. Francis Animal Shelter, downtown Main Street trees, and consider the Mayor’s recommendation of Karen Buffington to the Buffalo Tree Board.

The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday in Buffalo’s City Hall.
