MDU License Agreement Approved by Sheridan Commission

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a license agreement with Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. to install utilities in the right-of-way in County Road 92, Tongue Canyon Road.

The request was explained by County Engineer Ken Muller during the commission’s recent meeting.

Muller said MDU would be responsible for any repairs that would be required to the roadway now and in the future from the installation of the utilities in the county right-of-way.

Work on the utilities is expected to be completed this fall.

He recommended the commission approve the agreement, which they did unanimously.
