City Council Considers Subdivision Requests

Several subdivision requests came before the Sheridan City Council at their most recent meeting. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer provides the details of the resolution for the Cove Court Manor I Subdivision that is located west of Highland Avenue and north of 5th Street at 1368-1386 Cove Court.

The resolution, along with the two variances, received unanimous approval by the City Council. A resolution for the RRL&C 3 Subdivision was also considered and approved by the Council.

Both of the resolutions that were adopted by the City Council came with the recommendation for approval by the City Planning Commission.
