30-year-old Gregory Scott Gage Jr. was sentenced for access with intent to view child pornography. According to the Department of Justice, Chief District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl imposed a sentence of time served with 10 years of supervised release, $12,000 in restitution and a $100 special assessment. The crime was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson sentenced 34-year-old Christopher Leroy Gaiter to 57 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release for being a felon in possession of a firearm. The crime was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
