Aaron PalmerTwo residents on Sunset Avenue came before the Buffalo City Council at their last meeting to voice their concerns over this year’s street improvement project there.
Diane Fisher spoke about problems with her sprinkler system, which she wanted done before the winter weather sets in so it could be blown out.
She said she has problems with pressure and some sprinkler heads still aren’t working properly.
She is concerned about the system not being fully operational next spring.
Katja Schiefer said she has spoken to representatives from the city and the contractor, and has yet to have her issues addressed.
Although Scheifer’s sprinkler system was fixed, there were other issues she brought up with her property.
Mayor Shane Schrader thanked them both for bringing the issues to the city’s attention, and asked them for their contact information so he can address the problems with the contractor.
