Aaron PalmerWyoming’s General Election is Tuesday, but early voting in Sheridan County shows roughly 35% of registered voters here have already voted by casting early voting ballots.
According to information provided by Sheridan County Clerk & Recorder Eda Schunk Thompson, as of Friday, November 1, 3,838 ballots were cast in the Early Voting Room.
Out of a total 2,077 absentee ballots sent out 1,766 have been received.
These numbers show 5,604 total ballots cast of 15,801 current registered voters
or 35.466% of ballots that have been cast.
Tuesday’s election will give voters the opportunity to vote in person at the various polling places throughout the county, with the locations open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
