Sheridan Commission Approves Crosby Lot Size Variance

A Lot Size Variance request has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission, that will adjust the minimum lot area zoning standards to permit the reduction of one parcel near Big Horn.

County Planner Mark Reid gave more details on the request.

Reid said the Planning and Zoning Commission, on a 4-0 vote, recommended approval of the variance.
