Downtown Development District and Downtown Business District

The Sheridan City Council, at their recent regular business meeting, approved first reading of an ordinance adopting a Downtown Development District Overlay and a Downtown Business District Overlay. City of Sheridan Planner Kelly Schroeder discusses the details of the downtown business overlay district.

Schroeder also provided details of the downtown development overlay district.

The ordinance adopting a Downtown Development District Overlay and a Downtown Business District Overlay must be approved two more times by the City Council before it takes effect.
