County OKs Amendment for Red Grade Parking Areas

An amendment concerning the parking areas project on the Red Grade Trail System to extend the term to complete them, as well as adjust the contract payment to cover additional fuel costs has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller gave more details during Tuesday’s commission meeting.

Obermueller said the parking lots are complete, and Wagner Ranch Services had done a very nice job on them.

The amount added to the contract with Wagner Ranch Services, LLC is $9,700 for additional fuel costs, for a not-to exceed amount on the total project of $118,230.
