Anonymous Donor to Match $10K for The Natural History Museum of Wyoming Gala

The Natural History Museum of Wyoming will host its second annual Night of Discovery Gala beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Ramada Convention Center.

Recently the fundraiser, A Night to Remember, A Cause to Believe In, has received a $10,000 dollar match donation. This means that the unnamed donor will match up to $10,000 dollars raised during the event.

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Pulse, Director Tom Hebert said the evening will include a social hour, dinner, entertainment and guest speaker Tristan Schroeder. Hebert said the mission of the Natural History Museum of Wyoming doesn’t revolve just around dinosaurs but to nourish the natural curiosity of children and families.

The night will also include a silent and live auction that will feature a Florida shark science expedition, a private dinosaur dig, a trip to Mexico and a private concert from one of Sheridan’s own entertainers.
