Eagle View Subdivision

Details of a proposed subdivision in north Sheridan were presented to the Sheridan City Council at Monday night’s study session. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

A resolution for the Eagle View Subdivision, a request to subdivide 97.7 acres of unplatted land into three lots, was an item of discussion at the Council study session. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said the area is currently zoned Gateway Master Plan, Higher Education District and R-3 Residence District.

Mercer said the lot sizes would be two at 26 acres and one at 45 acres. The subdivision received a positive recommendation from the City Planning Commission at their meeting Monday night. The item is expected to be considered by the City Council at an upcoming business meeting.
