 Funeral Services for Kissa Edwards, who passed away at Morrill County Hospital in Bridgeport Nebraska, on December 17, 2020, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, with Father Vince Parsons officiating.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff.  Interment will be held in Buffalo, Wyoming Cemetery on December 29, 2020, at 2 PM with Father Peter Johnson officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Morrill County Hospital Foundation in Bridgeport, Nebraska.  Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff and Harness Funeral Home in Buffalo, Wyoming are in charge of the arrangements.  Online condolences may be left at www.dugankramer.com

Kissa Edwards was born July 19, 1952, in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Virginia (Rick) and Thomas Brennan, the youngest of four siblings. Kissa was raised on a ranch in Kaycee, Wyoming. She attended and graduated from Buffalo High School in 1970.  Following graduation, she attended Black Hills State.  In 1973 Kissa married Charles (Chuck) Edwards, of Gillette, Wyoming, where they raised their three children.  In 1993 Chuck and Kissa moved to Atlantic Iowa, where Chuck ran a chain of banks.  Chuck and Kissa moved to western Nebraska where they settled on their ranch.

Kissa was surrounded by love and leaves behind her husband of 47 years Chuck, and three children:  Shannon (Stan) Lauby of Celine, TX, Lindsey (Corey) Stephenson of Norwalk, Iowa, and Joe Edwards (Kacie Clark) of rural McGrew, NE; three grandchildren, Gavyn Lauby, Tate Lauby, and Lily Stephenson; sister, Rogene Peak, and many loved nieces and nephews.  Kissa was preceded in death by her father Thomas Brennan, Mother Virginia (Rick) Keith, step-father Leon Keith, sister Sheila Hoefer, and brother Emmett Brennan.
