JCSD1 Special Meeting to Discuss School Board Restructuring
The Johnson County School Board has scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday, January 7 where they will discuss and take public comment on the possibility of reducing the number of board members from its current nine, down to seven.
The board voted to have the public input session at their regular meeting in December, as explained by Superintendent Charles Auzqui.
Also on the agenda is an update on school recalibration, and on the superintendent evaluation process.
The meeting will be Wednesday beginning at 5:15 p.m. in the Buffalo High School Auditorium.
