A 10-year old boy died in a house fire in Hardin, Montana that he warned his family about.
According to Hardin Fire-Rescue and KTVQ-TV, at around 4:45am Monday (July 31st), fire crews responded to a call of a house fire near the intersection of 8th Street West and North Custer Avenue.
The boy alerted those in the house that there was smoke and fire in the house, and everyone but him was able to get out.
There was at least one attempt to rescue him.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
