Bill lived across the street from my parents on Sumner and when he came up to the VA I got to know him even better. Bill was the kindest most big hearted person I’ve ever known. Bill had the biggest smile, he told us how he grew up on Sumner in that house and lived there tell he was in his eighty’s. He told us about the convenient store rt across the street from his house and all the wonderful people lived and passed on Sumner street. We were all blessed to have got the pleasure of taking care of him all his cares we’re followed with a thank you and a lot of the time I love you!
