Oxbow Ranch Subdivision

A resolution for the Oxbow Ranch Subdivision, a joint County-City subdivision, will be an item of consideration for the Sheridan City Council at their next regularly scheduled business meeting Monday night. A public hearing will be held prior to consideration of the resolution. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner said the applicants are requesting to subdivide 50.3 acres into six tracts.

Sanner said the property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Red Fox Drive and Loucks Street, approximately half-a-mile southeast of the Sheridan Municipal Golf Course. The property is located almost entirely within the 100-year floodplain, and within the Special Flood Hazard Area. The property lies outside the Sheridan City limits but within the one-mile requirement for City review.
