Senator Barrasso: ‘Big Beautiful Bill is a Victory for Wyoming’
U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), Senate Majority Whip, spoke on the Senate Floor Wednesday about how the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, helps Wyoming workers, farmers, ranchers, and small business owners. President Donald Trump signed the bill into law on July 4.
Regarding the bill’s effect on Medicaid, Senator Barrasso had this to say.
Barrasso closed his remarks on the Senate Floor by saying the people of Wyoming will feel the relief at the grocery store, at the gas station, when they pay their bills, and when they file their tax returns and that Republicans made a promise to make America safer, stronger, and more prosperous and this law keeps that promise.

Can’t really be that he believes this, right? Must be his dry sense of humor. A fly is an elephant, an elephant is a fly. Great shill for his moneyed handlers.

The Senator is lying! This abomination of a Bill only helps the extremely wealthy NOT the average person in Wyoming. Thousands of vulnerable people in the state, including the elderly, will lose their healthcare, and some of the few hospitals will close down. Any member of Congress who voted for this bill should be voted out.

Really Barrasso? You are only about lining your pockets. Wyoming is a food desert, yet you vote to deny people who want to do some of the hardest work, for pennies. While you then try to sell off the land we the people own? You’re from Pennsylvania, not Wyoming. Go home.

Seriously?? The bill helps the rich, not the average Wyoming worker. You are only serving the bureaucracy of Washington DC not the people who hired you.

Don’t be too hard on this trump toady. He like, lummis and hageman are just falling into line to – #1 protect their jobs and to do what their dear leader says… Regardless of what they really think and what is right. So they will leave hungry children and millions without basic healthcare to get an AttABoy from his worship. SO Very sad, that they will sell their souls so very CHEAP !!!

I know Wyoming is a very Republican state and I respect the old time Republican standards. This is not it. This is way past two parties having different ideals. The open disrespect that this bill shows is beyond any ideal. This administration has gone too far in promoting racism, open hate and inhumane actions. It is time for people before party and the people need to stand together to right these wrongs. Shame on those who should be protecting their constituents, or any human really, by endorsing this bill.

Surely you don’t really believe this Barasso. A lie is a lie.
