JCHC Board Approves Change Order for Asbestos Removal

The Hospital Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center has approved a change order for just over $17,500 for the removal of asbestos that was discovered in the basement of the hospital, according to CEO Luke Senden.

He gave details on the discovery.

Senden explained that O’Dell Construction, who is currently overseeing the reconstruction/renovation project at the healthcare center, will be submitting the work order as a change order in the overall project.
